Re: Rumour- Mark O'Mahony

I took Doyle out of the original post because I realised he's from Leinster but it's still way down south. Definitely Limerick, Cork and Waterford are strong Hurling Counties. IIRC, Kerry are the powerhouse at football, not that I pay that much attention to the goings on in Munster, being a Connacht...

Re: Rumour- Mark O'Mahony

Don’t think it was him but I don’t know what any of our players look like ! Was a younger guy, not a craggy faced old fashioned centre back. Is John Ryan not Irish? He is from Limerick and is 21, so suggest it would have been JR. So we've got 2 players from Limerick, 1 from Cork and the the manager...

Re: Ex Royals

I see a load of Blades fans on Twitter are ripping into Tyler Bindon because apparently he sounds gay.

The thick neanderthal monkeys don't deserve him. They can shove their greasy chip butty up their collective arses. Pcunts.

Re: Confimred - Matty Jacob (LB)

One thing that I am wondering is - why are Hull willing to let him come out on loan? Given that their management is changing yet again, and they are reportedly restricted on bringing in new players, you'd think that they'd want to assess what they have until later in the transfer window.... Because...

Re: Rumour - Reece Welch

Paudi O'Connor is the experienced head with 250+ appearances behind him. If Welch or Tomlinson are better than what we already have, and I'm sure we've scouted them, with Peirera, Jacob and Yiadom in defence alongside O'Connor to add experience, I don't see an issue. Dorsett can cover across the bac...

Re: Sheffield Wednesday…. Club morals

I'd consider Bailey Cadamarteri, maybe not as a starter but as a decent back up. England U20 international and had Premier League clubs interested in him last year. Was on loan to Lincoln last season and did ok, 1 in 4 but was curtailed by injury. Sheffield Wednesday tend to play him out wide in a r...

Yes, lots of ex-pros do that…. Normally for charity/ one-off ‘money makers’ for their formative club/ etc…. Some ‘non descript’ non-league northern team had a Brazilian WC winner sign-up for a game….it was just a publicity stunt. That’s how Soccer Aid works I guess Garforth Town. They were owned by...

Royal_jimmy Plymouth away on a Boxing Day is pretty disgusting. Long trip to do

I remember a Christmas away visit to Plymouth in 87. Gail force wind and horizontal rain blown into our faces for 90 minutes. We won 3-1. A repeat would be nice.

Re: The generic transfer thread

Darwin Nunez apparently on his way to Napoli for a deal worth about £45m. Liverpool have to sell 1 non homegrown player (plus 1 for every non home grown player brought in from here on) so, although they've made a substantial loss on him, he's the one player Liverpool fans won't be too upset about lo...
