My point on attendance being that a team as poor as Derby's can readily attract 30,000 plus home game after home game. In comparison, we should be 20k plus. Why can't we do this?

Because we haven't got a fanbase as big as theirs?

NEVER in our history have we sustained crowds much above 15k. 1/2 Good years does not mean you are a big club.

Our history doesn't compare with Derby's. They have made cup finals and won League Championships,

Maybe we were unlucky to lose. Maybe last week we were lucky to win. The margins are very fine, and a good striker or two could really make the difference.

And by a good striker, I mean one who can score regularly (unlike Church) and who can play for 90 minutes (unlike Rasiak). As for Long, he needs to go as soon as we can replace him.

I'm afraid it's not as simple as that. He hasn't progressed since he came here. He got a reprieve with the change of manager but it hasn't made a difference.
