RockheadRumple What the f/ck does everyone actually want then, eh? If we lose playing 4-5-1 then the majority demands 4-4-2, but then we lose playing 4-4-2 and everyone is asking for 4-5-1 again. If you're going to complain at least have some solid f/cking basis for your own actual arguement rather than just being really bloody thick.
I want them to be able to adapt to the situation, to use the best formation for each match, and to be able to change as required. Also for some new ideas occasionally when one formation is no longer an option due to the f
uckwittery of one player.
Some nous, some variety, some creativity, some individuality - not to mention some passion and some commitment.
And the more important a match is, the better prepared and the more committed I want the team to be - and I want to see that it hurts them to lose as much as it hurts me, and to hear that it does matter, rather than just let loose the same collection of inane platitudes we've heard so many times. "
We learn from it and move on" - well you'd better learn pretty damn quick, because you've only got 10 games left to learn from!
