Good on Hunt for the team selection btw. Glad he went this route regardless of the final score

Ok, that's what he adds.

Great takedown and cross from MOM too.

Best thing MoM has done for us - amazing what a bit of confidence brings. Nice finish from JOP

Agricultural from Jethro Medeen.

Lucky that's not a red. So late and straight through the back.

Only 1.247 (246 away) fans there tonight, making it our lowest Mad Stad crowd ever.

Previous record was 1.561 against Leyton Orient in this competition back in December 1999.

Quite enjoyed what i saw. No one exactly screamed am that they should be playing first 11 but I thought Abrefa did well (and prob should be first 11), Ryan put in some great crosses and got in good positions, Spencer looked tidy. Rushesha has a pretty good game and Elliott had a nice spell second half

Stickland and Borgnis didn’t have loads to do but looked comfortable

No one played especially poorly, though MoM and JOP didn’t really pick up until we went 2-1

Decent result and hopefully give a few of those lads a bit of confidence

Not a bad performance overall, but lacking a cutting edge, as expected without Marriott in the squad.

Never really looked like scoring first half, sending off obviously helped, but we took advantage fairly well. Terrible penalty by Kelvin, followed by a belter of a penalty from MOM. Hopefully gives him confidence to push on, but I'm not convinced. I'm rooting for him though.

Overall a decent win on the night, but nobody really pushing to start at the weekend. Can't really complain too much with a 3-1 win, I suppose.

Hunt confirming that he is a good manger at this level.

Only watched the first half.
As mentioned by the co-commentator (much better and more perceptive than Neville who only sees things through RTGs) we were just like the first team, i.e. not creating chances.

It sounds as though it was a very different game against 10 men.

I haven't seen much of Borgnis and only previously when he played in midfield but he looked ok at centre-back.
Some good crosses from Rushesha and Abrefa but we didn't have Kitson, Doyle, Long or Roberts there and Marriott would have been too small.

So a win next week and we`re through to the next stage, odd to see Tomas Soucek playing at that level, seemed to put in a shift though.

He has a three game suspension so assume this was to keep his fitness ticking over

First half was tidy but broadly unthreatening.

Second half took advantage of a weak-ish red card.

Everyone looked OK-ish, but while no-one looked out of place, that rubs both ways (yes, looking at you Kelv and Elliott).

Glad O'Mahoney scored and it was nice to see pretty much everyone celebrate with him. He didn't stop trying but I think this particular loan gamble might be one to re-roll the dice on.

Good we turned it around as we would have been borderline out if we had lost right? Not sure how seriously Franchise are taking the competition considering West Ham U21 dicked them 5-1 in game 1.
