Royal Ginger
MmmMonsterMunch Excellent. Big credit to the lads who knew they needed a win at home to get things warmed up nicely for Monday.

What an important win that was tonight...puts a competely different perspective on Monday now plus obviously edges us closer to safety.

This really proves the players are growing in confidence for me. They knew they needed to put a marker down at home tonight.

Big thumbs up Clarkie - you are handling this fixture pile up pretty damn well & wringing every last bit you can from those players.

Bin the Watford game off completely Clarke none of us give a fcuk - play the kids & rest the entire first team!

I would disagree with this. We've been crap recently.

He gets unfair stick for 'tinkering', yet he's trying to manage a packed schedule and lucrative FA Cup run. Credit to him I say! He's also still learning about his players ready for a reshuffle in the summer. This is the ideal time to tinker.

MmmMonsterMunch Anyone else revelling in the fact we are intimidating, niggly, physical & irritating or is it just me?

I love all that sh*t - it's been missing for far too long.

Wouldn't go that far yet lol. Can't really describe us as intimidating and physical, 2 or 3 of our players maybe that's it. If we were so good at at playing the way you describe then we would have beaten Bradford, instead we went closer to losing it. So basically you're revelling in the fact that we're shit

In fairness Clarke has certainly improved the defence and hopefully we can build on that in the summer and next season if he is able to make the right additions. The main problem we have been poor at creating chances from midfield for too long now and have also been toothless in attack mainly this season especially since Murray left.

Platypuss Truly "Excellent" away sides don't lose at Blackpool.

and Chelsea, Arsenal, Sunderland don't lose to Bradford

Odd defeats happen. It's the averaged-out form that tells the tale.
