And Joanthan, if you're reading this and I know you do glance on here; stop with the crappy articles about David Prutton's match predictions. Who cares?

You are not wrong there, terrible journalism, who needs to know that every sodding week?

Nobody but as SF rightly alludes to, it is a syndicated article that gets published by all local press whether they want it or not.

This. Plus there must be people who read it, otherwise they wouldn't bother as it wouldn't generate clicks and thus advertising revenue.

It's essentially an advert for Sky Sports though, so imagine Sky pay for it to be published.

True enough, there must be enough clicks on these articles for Sky to make it worth it though.

Thing is though, especially this season, the headline is usually something like "Prutton predicts loss for Reading at Forest" so you don't actually need to read/click on the article to see a load of fluff around a prediction of 2-0 Forest (for example).

However, as mentioned before, it goes out to all of the FL teams and the headline will no doubt be auto-generated and different for each club, so the Reading article might not get any clicks, but for other clubs, they might be getting loads.

Hull a goal and a man down.

Stays like this we will be 8 behind them with 2 in hand and a trip there to come.

Wow be a nice end to the season if we manage to reel them in.

They'll definitely be feeling the jitters now. I love this end of the season, even if we're in the mix. Loads of twists and turns every week, and that wonder 'R' getting closer for Derby.

Hull are 13 points above the drop zone and Barnsley have 8 games left.
If Hull only get one more point, Barnsley would have to win 5 of those to get Hull in trouble.
That’s Barnsley that have won 6 all season

Fulham can be promoted before Easter. Do they have to play any of the sides around us?

I hope the playoff race stays interesting so the teams Barnsley and Derby have to play still remain interested. Peterborough need to beat Barnsley away if they have any chance of staying up which helps us a bit.

Let's beat the Potters and then we can breathe more comfortably.

Good Friday in fact. 3 games time. Would say that is the most likely date for them being promoted.

They go to Boro next, which will be tough.

The clueless Jonathan Low referred to it was "just a point", but that's a massive point!

Derby's win puts a lot of pressure on Barnsley now, so we just need to look after ourselves and get another 9 points and we'll be safe.

I think he also said it was a game where we rarely did anything yet we basically completely dominated the game, I couldn't believe it when I read it.

To be fair, bar the last 20 minutes, we didn’t do a lot no matter the possession.

True but I read it as if J Low was insisting it was an even game, when that wasn't really the case at all and we still had a couple of decent opportunities before the last half hour as well. Nothing clear cut, granted, but still far more than what they mustered up.

BBC Derby and Alan Nixon in The Sun reporting that Chris Kirchner is about to name preferred bidder for Derby.

Some 4 months after his bid was turned down and he walked away.

If true, that could give the club, team and fans a lift between now and the end of the season which is something we need to be aware of.
