What we must also bear in mind is that we have another 35 mins of play before Reading Time...

Ian Royal Well it's the usual story so far recently. Start well playing tidy football. The opposition gradually squeezes us and we resort to long balls, which Stoke eat up all day. By 30 minutes it's now pretty much all Stoke. We weather a storm and we're still right in it.

We need to stop hitting it long to Pog. Someone must put their foot on it, control the game and pick passes. Blackman looks slike a striker playing on the wing.

If we want a striker playing on the wing then we should use Hunt who is pretty decent in that role!

I'd have thought this match would suit HRK. Physical, hard working and has shown flashes of quality throughout his career; would have been better to start him instead of throwing Blackman into the deep end in my view.

Royal91 Glad I'm not a stoke fan oxf*rd hell!

+1

They weren't too bad at our place but this is the Stoke everyone hates. Constantly hoofing it just because they have a lanky man up front, constantly fouling but they are allowed to because they are Stoke and if we out man them its on the floor they go and win a free-kick.

Whatever the result is today at least I don't support that Oxf*rd!

HRK-physical?
You're having a laugh.
He has the physique alright but doesn't use it.

Blackman and Harte are being continuously beaten. Would like to see gmac on in the second half to add a bit more attacking momentum.

I hope Brian continues to go for it in the last 20 minutes. This is bound to backfire on us before the season ends but we've already shown that we are good at winning this way. I'd risk a point to try and gain 3.

Noticed that too. It still ended up getting punted up the wing though.

This, McLeary changed the momentum in our game against them earlier in the season.

At least the goal will stop Swansea taking their foot off the gas.

No BM don't risk Alfie! Too early.
