Mid Sussex Royal Young is also fully fit, just not being selected.

Which is really strange as the gaffer mentioned missing Kyerewaa is having a big effect on how they want to play! so why waste a loan on Young if he's not good enough? makes no sense. Very much like Rinhomota, how long does it take to get fit? The guy must have been fit, however i understand there's a difference between fit and match fit but surly you'll only get match fit through playing games which he has been in the U21's.
The gaffer mentioned not having Championship caliber player's yet Rinhomota was Cardiffs player of the season last year in the Championship? I feel he's exactly the type of player our midfield is currently missing and must be worth a shout on the bench.

I would've thought Young should be in the squad if he's available. He certainly seems to have something about him and (IIRC) looked good at Port Vale. As you say, he's the replacement for Kyerewaa and Richardson was complaining about the lack of direct runners in the squad.

I wouldn't be surprised if Rinhomota was in the squad tomorrow, tbh. He didn't feature for the U21s tonight, when he'd been playing fairly regularly. Feel he's got to be close, but who drops out? Abrefa played for the U21s tonight and was on the bench at Mansfield, so perhaps him?

Young is/was injured. He picked up a hamstring issue on the Vale quagmire, it wasn’t thought too serious but enough to miss a game or two. Has Leam subsequently said Kadan was fit again but just left out of the Mansfield shambles? If that’s the case it might have been more to do with the weather and pitch conditions being similar to Vale Park.

If he’s fit but just left out though then would agree his signing would seem to be a rather silly piece of transfer business.

Danny K update (Chronicle) -

Leg brace off but not back in full training.

Rather sensibly being guided by the medical team

Unlikely to feature again this season I would've thought. If season starts to fizzle out, there will be even less sense in risking him.
