ALOL at a cat wandering onto the pitch at Anfield.

And further LOLs at the commentator, mentioning that "it's not black, so it probably won't bring Kenny much luck."

Bale lucky to stay on the pitch. Yellow for the dive should have been followed by yellow for the push.

How much for Andy Carroll? He makes Colin Gordon and Paul Brayson look talented

Ideal Skrtel lucky not to get a red. If Bale hadn't dived in the first incident, this one would probably have been a red!

For a well timed tackle that wins the ball and isn't one of these uncontroled two footed lunges we keep hearing are now outlawed?

For me he was unlucky to concede a free kick let alone anything else.

Apart from lacking confidence and composure in front of goal I think he's had a pretty good game. His hold up play has been much better than it was earlier in the season and he's looked quite a bit sharper.

Needs to take a couple of his chances and I think he could rediscover his Newcastle form. Not sure Suarez coming back is going to help him too much though.

Poor result for Spurs when you see that Sunderland, Norwich, Swansea, Blackburn, Stoke have all picked up points there. (And City, United etc).

Third would appear to be the limit of their ambition. Modric and Bale off in the summer?

Surely you can't deny that Spurs were looking for the point though Frimdog?

Personally I found that strategy slightly bizarre given they needed a win to keep up with the top 2.

Well, the fact that their manager couldn't even be arsed to show up at the game says a lot about their focus ahead of the match.

You do appear to be a terribly angry young man.
Firstly you have a go at Suarez
Secondly you have a go at Skrtel
Thirdly you have a go at 'Arry for not being able to get a plane from London City.
So much anger in one person is just not healthy-lighten up or you'll be dead before your time.

As for the game Spurs flooded the midfield and got what they came for.
Liverpool huffed and puffed but struggled to create enough real chances despite the normal urgings of captain fantastic.
Bale has been perfecting his diving lately but his first one was pure slapstick and as Terminal posted earlier he probably should have been booked for the dive AND the raised hands so would not have been on the pitch to fluff their only chance in the game.
After the Bolton game to have knocked the two Manchester clubs out of two cups, get a comfortable 3 points at Wolves plus a draw with 3rd placed Spurs represents a none too shabby 4 matches.

It's a shame that they couldn't pick up a win in 'Arry's last game....
