Royal Rother howser I think in context we should be highly pleased with our win over an extremely strong and determined Didcot side, a side that fully reflects the challenges that we will face this coming season, unfortunately Reading wern't able to field the basis of thier Championship side as the "buy one get one free" part of the transfer window hasn't arrived yet so the performance of the Royals far exceeded what should be expected next season.
This cynicism and negativity is incredibly tedious now.
If we've made no new signings and have only a handful of points after 6 games then go for it full blast, but can't you just hold on until then? Policies adopted by this club over the majority of the Chairman's (not to mention the manager's) tenure have proved to be ultimately successful, so just can you not find it in yourself to be a little more patient with the club you purport to support?
I seem to recall very similar pleas for patience this time last season. And they kept on and on: Give it till October, give it till December, give it till the end of January, give it till........ oh shyte! We gave it too long, we're relegated!
