Coppell - he is just a generally boring person
too loyal to certain players
Madejski - continues saying that the club is for sale
seems to be pocketing the recent transfer money and not making it available to coppell to invest
always comes onto the pitch before a game so everyone remembers how important he is

The defence hoofing the ball up the pitch - this only worked when we had kitson who could challenge in the air

A tad harsh i think
He was amazing in our promotion season and then has been injured for the majority of the last two seasons
I think we should give him a chance this year to prove to us that he still has what it takes
He need some time to get some confidence

At the moment with the going being a little rough, we need players who can get a bit tough, both mentally and physically. I'm not sure Convey qualifies on either score unfortunately.

Convey is gifted on the ball but just seems to be too lightweight. A player who will obvious add more bulk to the team is Bikey.

Yes he is a good crosser of the ball but he is too lightweight and therefore isn't good enough if he is just going to get bundled off the ball every time.

Name me a game this season, apart from the moment just mentioned, where Convey has put any kind of meaningful cross in and put himself about? I don't think im being at all harsh in saying he is utter shite, a left midfielder/winger is on the pitch to support the left back, provide crosses for the attackers, and chip in with a few goals as well. He has done none of those this season, last season, the season before and his first season. I fully accept injuries have not been great for him and im only talking about his time in the team.

At least he has to get bundled off the ball I suppose - Cisse seems to just stand there oblivious to the fact that there are 10 people outfield who would like to take the ball off him and then looks shocked when one of them does just that. That's if he hasn't already passed the ball straight to one of them of course.
