On a side issue, and having heard a number of times that we should look to germany as the model for who stadia are run and fans treated, why are there fences still at Bayern Munich's ground (as seen on the Champions League coverage this week). Seems bizarre if they have such a good set up, or if the fans are so happy ?

Would be interesting to know how fences fit with enlightened ticketing and flexible standing arrangements.
