Righto, no matches currently scheduled for screening over the remainder of the current season --just a reminder/FYI'zerz that with the US/Canada and UK/EU on differing schedules for making the switch over to Daylight Saving Time/Summer Time, and with the former camp having made the change overnite, it's the occasion once again to become aware of the disruption of normal time conversions and what it means for viewers in the North America
The good news is that as a practical matter, getting it wrong on North American soil would mean showing up an hour early for the HNA? matchday chat/match thread/RW stream/live text commentary scroll, etc. --so no lasting harm done

Right pepys --the purpose here is to inform that the UK and EU are now on summer time, so normal time conversions between the States and over across are back in force (a 3:00 PM kickoff at the Madejski goes from 10:00 AM in New York, 9:00 in Chi, 8:00 in Denver and 7:00 in El Lay --same as normal, and we'll see it in effect come Saturday as our guys play away to Ipswich Town)
It of course also applies to this week's Champions League and Europa League quarterfinal first legs and to Tuesday and Friday's Football League fare with its weighty implications for our bid for a final placement amongst the top six in the division (and be advised that there is a full programme on Easter Monday 5th April that kicks off at 3 PM over across and is followed by another at tea time and one more after that)
Conversions go goofy again for a brief spell come the end of October, and I plan to advise when the time comes

Hi Chi - I noticed that with the new Fox Soccer Channel Plus offering, Championship games are now covered - they had Palace vs the Sheepbotherers last weekend. Considering getting it? I will probably do so for next season - depending on availability and cost - if it means a better chance of seeing the lads.

They also rate Scotland v New Zealand in the Rugby, and the USPGA CMN Classic. BUT they are showing it delayed at 6:30AM on Fox Sports 1. So turn in, and then wake up at 6:30 and do not connect to the interwebs and you will be good to go.

That may be it for the 2010-11 season as far as screenings of our guys' matches in the U.S. goes, by the way --fixture rearrangements for TV haven't been announced yet for dates beyond 2nd April, and we've got a couple of tasty matchups in there (Forest and Leeds --both away and scheduled for the 9th and 23rd of April, respectively, jump off the page) that may tempt Sky to do some tinkering, so do watch this space
