Can someone who has (or had) an AST explain when the money comes out, if you can't make one of the games, etc.

9am isn't a time i'm usually awake these days.

Compo: when I had one, the money came out for each individual game. So you'd get a debit of £35.00 one week, then receive match tickets the next week.

Games you can't make - you're stuck with the ticket. Sell or giveaway.

Yep, As soon as RFC receive the tickets from the other club, they take payment from you via the card number you gave them. If you can't make it, you will need to flog the ticket. The ticket office will contact you if there is a choice of seating/standing (ala Peterborough) and ask your preference. And sometimes if the other club will not issue duplicate tickets, RFC will contact you to see if you want to collect the tickets from them or wether you want to pay for recorded delivery.

IN for an away season ticket, but would prefer it to be a fixed price, for the loyalty.

I think also there is an option to bow out of a limited number of matches but the AST will be revoked if it goes over a certain number.

Madness to suggest all ST holders will have equal priority for aways, that'd be carnage.

It just means a ST holder with 500pts will get preference over a non-ST with 2500pts.

Really it's not that big an issue as most people with high Royalty Points will be ST holders anyway.

The Royalty Points system is a bit of a problem though Mags in that especially during Prem Years it's a bit of a closed shop and self-perpetuating cycle that can exclude fans trying to work their way up the points tiers.

Those who currently have I dunno 1500+ points and a ST will get priority hence will get more Royalty points and keep those without high points from being able to buy tickets to get more Royalty points etc.

It means those that had a fair few points from say 2005-2008  can now just slide back in, get a ST and pick up where they left off.

In my opinion it should be a lot more of a ballot system or much wider points brackets to allow new fans to be able to get into the upper echelons of the Royalty Points system

You only get 2 points for an away game - you would have to be attending a lot of away games over a number of years to make any real impact in the banding for royalty points.

Not sure at all.

I work shifts so work 2 weekends in 4. I can obviously book some off (as long as work aren't too short of staff), but it's still a bit of a ballache.

Plus money is an issue at the minute, but I'm so tempted.

No need for an AST next season. We'll sell out a handful of games as TV + ticket prices will put enough people off.
