No commentary 2nite coz there's no radio line or 3g here. Sorry - but this ground isn't set up 4 live commentary!

And yet he can tweet?

Technically speaking you can Tweet via text, so not exactly out of the question.

FT 1-1. Will be interesting to see the CB pairing in future friendlies. Mariappa and Pearce paired today so will we stick with this or try out other pairings. I suspect that we are just trying out the different options. i hope we stick with Pearce and Gorkss for the start of the season, they proved to be a solid pairing last year and dont see any need to change it without giving them a go in the prem.

I wonder if Big Foot was one of the dissenters.

And you seriously think Tim Dellor could work that out?

So, basically, Dellor got a free trip out to Portugal and doesn't even have to do any work for it? The mobile phones work perfectly well out there - he could have done a report via his mobile shirley?

ALF looked lively from the couple of minutes of highlights he was in. Cracking freekick from Harte. And a quality finish for theirs!

The bloke is a Bellend, file alongside the muppets who were there from RFC's communications department.

^ Errr, "At *which* resort are the players staying? /<pedant>

This pre-season, despite all the comings and goings, to and fro, is really getting on my wick. Please may we just start competitive footy now?

* Unless The Pog chews the head off an 11 year old Owl or some such similar act of super hero make-believe comic book aggrandisement

Pog to play tonight.

Gunter still injured, hopefully it's nothing too serious.

Church back though.

Royals will line up for their second pre-season match in Portugal tonight against Sheffield Wednesday. Likely 1st half team to be Andersen, Cummings, Shorey, Gorkss, Mariappa, McCleary, Tabb, Leigertwood, Church, Hunt, Roberts...what do you think of that team?

..2nd half against Sheff Wed may look a little something this: Andersen, Gunnarsson, Harte, Pearce, Morrison; Guthrie, McAnuff, Antonio, RobsonKanu, Le Fondre, Pogrebnyak...what are your thoughts?

Likely teams for tonight
