I can see another 4-3 here.

We're going to be playing 4-4-2 because of Le Fondre and we are just going to go for it!

Hopefully we play a strong XI. Here's what I'd like to see;

Federici,

Kelly, Morrison, Pearce, Shorey

Kebe, Leigertwood, Akpan, Jobi,

Pogrebnyak, Le Fondre

The intriguing position is centre mid - with no Legs or Akpan. Obviously we msut be keen to get Caricco involved but, given home to WBA was a step too far, surely hes unlikely to get blooded away at old trafford! Tabbs also out, as hes just been named todays U21 game. So could it be a memorable return to FA stalwart Brnjar Gunnarsson?!

So its basically which 1 player do you leave out, when you exclude the following:
Leigertwood/Kebe - rested
Akpan/Blackman - Cup tied
Roberts/McCarthy - injured
Church/Tabb/Samuel - busy!

Federici
Kelly, Morrison, Mariappa, Shorey
McCleary, Caricco, Karacan, McAnuff (C)
Hunt, Le Fondre

bench - Taylor, Pearce, Gunter, Gunnarsson, Guthrie, Robson-Kanu, Pogrebnyak

Prediction - United tired and out of sorts with no spark, Reading dull and solid. United desperately trying to avoid a replay for the last half an hour pour up the pitch, allowing us to pick them off on the break, twice. Cariccos calamitous late own goal deep into Ferguson time doesn't save them.

Man Utd 1 (OG. 90+16) Reading 2 (Alf 75,89)

Score an early goal and then park all 11 players along the box - otherwise I can only see one winner - just hope it is only an odd goal or so - as we don't want morale dented before next week.

I don't know if people are putting Akpan/Blackman in for a joke or that you're completely stupid. But its getting bloody tedious now!
