Is it actually that much different from the old badge? As I recall the old badge was exactly the same except that the red ribbon bit at the bottom hung downwards at about a 45 degree angle and split into 3; red, white and blue ribbons giving the impression of gently blowing in the wind. They were still BWEC then!
