Liverpool fans tried to say that United fans spat on the Hillsborough memorial last season. The police issued a statement that it was an untruth and that no United fan was arrested nor any evidence on the memorial. So let's take "spat on the memorial apparently" with a pinch of salt?

The pictures of the fighting aren't near the Hillsborough memorial are they? Having seen the remarks and bitterness by many Liverpool about the defeat yesterday I wouldn't be surprised if this was made up. If some or a Chelsea fan is found guilty, they should get everything the justice system throws at them.

One nice Liverpool fan after the game said he wanted all the Chelsea players and their kids to die in a fire via Twitter. Sums up how some fans take football waaaaay too seriously to say something like that.

Kes needs an angle for credibility. Currently he is going with the notion that people taking an interest in Liverpool (even for the quite rational optimism that their success will rub off on the national side) means they support Liverpool, and supporting Liverpool means you are rattLOLed or something.
