No, we came from behind to draw a few times. Brighton, Yeovil, Barnsley, Forest off the top of my head (sure there's more). We just couldn't win from behind. Only Ipswich and Doncaster.

Jesus, apportioning blame on Federici for the equaliser? Are these people for real, what the hell is he supposed to do when he is left so hideously exposed by his defence? (a common trait of all Adkins teams)

Not sure it's fair apportioning blame to Adkins either when Morrison goes chasing the ball and Pearce loses a header

A goal keeper should never be blamed for a goal

I still agree with that unless it's a real howler. It rarely is, agree with Handbags

I know I'm going on like a broken record about this but Pearce didn't lose the header, he didn't get the chance to contest it because Morrison came for it and took him out of the game

Fair enough, but that still wasn't Adkins' fault

people apportioning blame all over the place tbf

probably about 80% the midfield and defences fault, 20 % keeper.

not saying its all his fault, but i think its ok for people to believe he was partially at fault.

what the hell is he supposed to do

come off his line, and claim the ball

Let's see if you're still saying that in a few months if Federici doesn't remember to start covering his near post.

Shaun Cummings, what a man. He was all over Wigan’s metaphorical face – tackle after tackle came in.

Misinterpretation there sir. Not a criticism of Adkins per se, more a critical observation of a common trait his Reading team at least possesses.

He'd have to have solid rocket boosters to have any chance of getting to the ball before McArthur once the header had been lost by Morrison. No blame apportioned here to Federici, nothing humanly possible he could do to prevent it IMO.
