Story in the spanish media that madrid and monaco had an agreement that Falcao would move for a 1 year loan at €10m fee with an option to buy next summer at an agreed price. Falcao was about to meet representatives yesterday to agree personal terms and sign when an offer came in from Man City at €40M.
