Half Time - one bloke on the till, one bloke pouring from one barrel. Lots of fans patiently queuing. Either we write to the league and asked for half-time to be extended or, what would be an even better idea, West Berks staff their trailer properly and cut down fans waiting time.
Oh, and the beer tasted a tad vinegary yesterday.

Can't seeing it improving while Heineken are our "Official Pouring Rights Partner". 
About as much point complaining to West Berks about the service as there would be moaning to Thai Airlines about the football. The beer is served by Compass, who just buy in from West Berks. Originally I think WB did it themselves but certainly from the back end of last season Compass were running the show

The beer definately wasn`t the greatest yesterday. will put it down to a bad day. on the serving issue, they really need to sort out who`s doing what. it`s obviously very popular so surely two people pouring and two people serving is the way to go.

Ah right. Funny 'cos I didn't think they WBs staff members (not personal touch that we had previously). Bloke on the till had some staff pass for another company (so that must have been Compass).

Yep, once the West Berks bar became a permanent fixture, the WB staff disappeared and Compass manned it. The beer and service has not been a patch on those 3 trial games.
