BR2 There is no quote facility on my office machine (this is in deepest Hampshire where things are a bit behind).

I'm guessing the machine doesn't show some image file types. The quote icon is actually a .svg rather than text so it may not show on anything earlier than windows 9. The <a> should still work though...so just hover above where the quote function usually sits

at a guess!

Are we going to have a problem here?

Thanks Stalin for your suggestion-the anwer seems to be in the numbers, i.e here it is Windows 7 whereas at home it is Windows 10.
Maybe I will upgrade so that I can quote the intellectual input of Leon, Papes, Pepe and their intellectual soulmate Dave-Royal....or maybe I won't bother as it is a timely reminder of what a load of old tosh appears on this website.

That's a bit of a sweeping statement BR//BR2/Hampshire
Amongst the old tosh there's a fair bit of new tosh if you look closely...

Yep, with the blindness, Parkinson's and dementia I can't see the quote, can't control the mouse and then can't remember what happened.
Other than that I shall try to follow you witty , articulate and perceptive guys the best that I can.
Oh to be 20 or 30 something again when the faculties are in full gear like yourself, Dave-Royal, Spacey, jojo et al.

sandman Perhaps, despite Ian Royal's protestations, Brian was only given £2.5 million by Zingarevich after all.

I'd think better of him if he had nothing to do with signing Gunter and that £2m wasn't from his budget.

Victor Meldrew Is Baines actually dead or just a non-poster?

He turned into Schards, realised, and then topped himself

Jagermesiter1871 What happened to spacey?

He was born into a world that didnt understand him. Unable to affect those around him, he became more and more distanced, taking occasional solace in the internet. Until eventually he broke all attempts at normal interactions, and sought refuge in solitude. Its such a cliche when you think about it.

Victor Meldrew In reply to Stealthpapes:-

It was a question without malice-there really is no need to be so het up.
Was there ever any topic at the time of his death as I would be interested to read it because we had a number of interesting (mainly political) discussions over the years and I don't religiously follow Hobnob every single day?

He's not dead, he moved to the Arab peninsula for a job and never came back. He's been silent on a few other types of social media, but given he's related to a few other nobbers, he's probably just busy making money at our expense.

The death thing is a bit of an in-joke and I'm genuinely sorry if this has caused any upset over on your part. As you say, you're rarely on AE and we're all struggling with our typing sticks over there as it is.

Gap is now up to 12 points from 6th place Birmingham.

So an 11 point swing since Clarke got the sack.

SC’s last 10 games

W1 D3 L6 10-18. Zero clean sheets

Conceded 4, 3, 2, 2, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1

BMc’s First 10 games

1-0 W Blackburn
0-1 L Wolves
1-2 L Brentford
1-0 W Bristol City
2-2 D Huddersfield
1-1 D Derby

0-1 L Milton Keynes
5-2 W Huddersfield
1-1 D Sheffield Wednesday
4-0 W Walsall

P10 W4 D3 L3 16-10

Although there have been periods in games where we have been out-played we haven’t once being seriously outplayed for a whole game.

We had enough chances to win at Wolves and should not have lost at MK Dons.

We’ve conceded 8 fewer goals 2, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1 ,0 ,0, 0

We have scored 6 more, had three clean sheets, conceded just 1 in four other games

4,3,2,2,2,1,1,1,1,1 (18 Against) SC
2,2,2,1,1,1,1,0,0,0 (10 Against) BM

Who is the troll in the situation? Can't be me as I've only posted a fact.
