Juan Cuadrado joins Juve on a 3 year loan for an annual loan fee of €4M but if he plays an agreed amount of games + Juve achieve an agreed level of success in the same season then they must purchase him for €20M minus whatever loan fee they have already paid. While he is on loan Chelsea will will contribute €1.2M wages per season. There is an additional €4M payment to be made to Chelsea if Juve achieve an agreed level of success before the end of Cuadrado's contract if he does sign for them pernanently.
