Probably true. Someone else also said else where that Champ is a bit sh*t. Judging on Plymouth seeming fine and Ipswich doing really well.
Rest of the league doesn't seem any stronger since last season.

Plymouth and Ipswich played good football last season so it's not surprising. Effective football maximising your limits gets found out in a higher league, see us in 2012. Stevenage would get battered, but simply being there would be an achievement.
