LUX Supporting Newcastle, but I am delighted for Rashford, love the guy.

The commentator had just said that Rashford hadn't done much when he scored his very good header.
A cracking Wing-like strike for the second.

Could this be the latest reincarnation of the player?
I doubt if he would even have started if Yamal had been fit.

Howe not brave enough to start his expensive new striker when their main attacks, with some success, were from the wingers who had no focal point for crosses.
They probably wouldn't have got anything out of the game anyway and maybe he was saving players for their big game on Sunday away at Bournemouth  .

BTW, can't Howe see that Trippier is well past his sell-by date?

Your #lads seem to be making a habit of spunking 2-goal leads and then winning in extra time.

Didn't watch the game, but saw VVD got a 92nd-minute winner

Yes, a cracking game to watch and Liverpool made a lot of chances-class of course is permanent.

watched most of the Newcastle-Barcelona game last night. Rashford's 2nd was an absolute belter.

Big issue I find when watching them is they always seem to want an extra touch which either slows their attacks down or screws the developing chance up completely. Think there’s only so far you can go needing late winners all the time but suspect they may well give someone a right belting before long.

At the very front though there are signs that is not the case with Wirtz, Ekitike and Isak ,with Isak happy to take a shot on immediately and he really does have quick feet doesn't he?
