Can't recall a team going downhill as quick to the conference. I know blackpool and Yeovil have gone straight down but I cannot recall one to the conference. Stockport maybe?

Top half of Championship finish in 05/06 followed by 23rd placed finished, then 24th place in League 1 and then 24th place in league 2
